You sound as if you have a lot of enthusiasm for your work, but maybe a bit confused as to how it all works? Have you called your sponsors sponsor to generally introduce yourself, say hi, and sound them out for some clarity. Often your sponsor may have only been in the industry for a short while themselves and so havent bedded down a good system yet. As well, you may choose to do things somewhat differently to them. Ask. Good luck
