It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change the inevitable. Network Marketing Success Tips - How to Keep Your Attitude Positive

Incredible outcomes in any business don't just happen, so I have a few network marketing success tips to offer. If you are building a home-based business (or have ever thought about doing it), you know there are special challenges that plague the work at home entrepreneur. There are the myriad endless interruptions, especially if you have children or a workspace that isn't in the optimal setting. Then you must: 1) contend with computer malfunctions which you usually have to solve on your own, 2) learn the newest online skills, 3) attend multiple and sometimes seemingly never-ending conference calls, and 4) deal with distractions specific to the work from home business owner, such as "Have I let the dog out?" or "Did I put the wet laundry in the dryer yet?"
Your Attitude Enhances Network Marketing Success
One of the most important aspects of your success in MLM is your own attitude. You can't attain your desired profitable results and achieve the necessary level of people's trust and belief in you if you're cranky, belligerent, negative or pushy. You can't let your attitude affect your performance, and everyone has days when a bad mood threatens to derail the whole thing. You demonstrate far greater productivity when you are feeling upbeat and positive. Self-confidence and motivation plummet and frustration mounts when you're in a funk. Finding solutions to low productivity caused by a negative attitude must happen first.
Talking to Yourself Doesn't Mean You're Crazy
Sometimes you have to give yourself a "good talking-to." Since you are the person who determines how you will react to a given situation, you are the only person who can change your mindset. The most successful people rise above others who are less so by not letting their bad attitude affect performance. No matter how you feel you must tell yourself that you'll give it your best effort. Even though you may not feel like being cheerful and happy, telling yourself to do exactly that really works. You can't smile and frown at the same time, can you? If you tell yourself that you feel wonderful, happy, and on-top-of-the-world, you will feel wonderful, happy, and on-top-of-the-world. There are numerous books written and studies done on this very approach.
Network Marketing Success Tips: Vital to Your Business
Here are a handful of solutions to help maintain a confident, positive attitude that will enhance your business and increase the chances for you to attract prospects to your income opportunity:
Have regular access to materials that inspire you. A book of quotes or a website that features the sayings of inspirational people is a treasure trove of positivity. You can also subscribe to a free service that will email you their quote of the day. You can also share that wisdom on your blog or other social media site and improve other people's day, too.
Talk to yourself - positively! Whether it's your own affirmations, such as "I am the best distributor in the company" or "I will win the achievement bonus this month" or "I am the happiest I've ever been," or someone else's, repeating these phrases or reading them over and over works wonders on your outlook.
Focus on your goal. You will face doubts, frustration, and setbacks in building your downline. You'll question whether trying to achieve a massive residual income is even possible and you might see others sponsoring distributors more quickly than you are. Focusing on your definite purpose will enable you to fight through your feelings to attain the success you seek. You can also close your eyes and picture the new Porsche you want to drive or the beachfront cottage you'll live in.
Taking control of your thoughts and attitude by putting these network marketing success tips into action will enable you to achieve the life of your dreams.

Tapped In, Tuned In, Turned On: The 7 Awareness Laws that Attract Success

“How is this even freakin possible?” the voice inside my head moaned as I faced a challenge in my business. “I’ve already done this.”
What had I already done?
Well, in the world-view of the tantrum-throwing teen-ager that sometimes takes up residence in my head, I had already grown. I had already “been there, done that.” No more lessons, thankyouverymuch.
Here’s what I share with entrepreneurs all the time: (And with my inner teen-ager.)
Your business is about YOU. Your success is about your awareness. And once you understand that nothing that happens is separate from you – then you master success.
This is not about striving for perpetual meditative bliss. This is about living from a place of power and the willingness to listen to the on-going guidance it brings.
Almost 2000 people have gone through my Uplevel Your Life™ Mastery Program. I regularly hear from those who tell me their business got better as they did the program. Or they made more money. OR landed their biggest client ever. They’re often surprised because “it’s not even a business program!”
I’m never surprised. Success is about awareness. Awareness can transform your success on every level.
Here are the 7 Laws of Awareness that create entrepreneurial success:
1 – Awareness of your body.
Oprah says that your life is always speaking to you.
I’d go a step further. I’d tell you that even before the externals of your life speak to you, your body speaks to you.
Learning to listen to these signals is critical to your success. Some call it intuition. Some call it “gut instinct.” Either way, you must pay attention.
Two times last year I ignored my body signals and listened instead to my rational mind. Both decisions turned out badly. (Yes, it took 2 lessons – but I finally got it! Never ignore my intuition!)
2 – Awareness of where you’re going.
Some people have a 3-year plan. Some prefer a vision infused with feeling.
No matter your style, you need to know where you’re going. Decisions are a constant companion as you become more successful. If you don’t know where you’re going, then decisions will be that much harder and daily priorities won’t be clear.
3 – Awareness of the present moment.
I can text, tweet and tech with the best of ‘em.
And I also know I can’t live in a perpetual state of distraction.
We thrive in the present moment. It’s the only real thing there is. It’s where all your answers reside!
Spend regular time unplugged. Practice just being. This is not just for yogis. It’s for YOU.
4 – Awareness of your “rules” and limitations.
“I have kids. I can’t be successful.”
“I can’t do that. It would mean travel. I don’t want to travel.”
“I don’t want more money. It’ll turn me into an ogre.”
Most people bump up against their “rules” or limiting beliefs and don’t even stop to ask if they’re true.
That’s because it’s easier to blindly accept them than step out of our comfort zone. (We think our rules keep us safe. Mostly they keep us stuck.)
Every time I uplevel, I bump into a new set of my own rules I didn’t know existed!
5 – Awareness of the Analytics.
You might be reading this and thinking, “Yup! Got this stuff down pat! Just don’t make me do numbers!”
I hear ya, sistah! No one has EVER said to me, “Girl, you were born to do numbers, graphs and charts!”
For years, I thought this meant that the Universe would somehow make it all work for me as I blissfully turned my back on those nasty left-brain atrocities.
What I found out was that I had my own set of rules and limitations that were holding me back. I had to step in.
So, I hire people who love this stuff. And I learn and grow from letting them teach me.
And dare I say, it’s sorta fun?
6 – Awareness of your peeps.
Why become successful at all?
To get your peeps to the other side.
When you reach more people, you add more value and you change the world. (And yes, you make more mon-ey.)
As this process builds, you must be aware of your peeps, how you market to them, and how your systems work for them.
Many people fail because they never get clear about this, hoping instead that peeps will just “get it.”
7 – Awareness of your victories.
Here’s the secret:
Be grateful to your big ol’ self for even the smallest achievement, and you’ll create more.
Be grateful to the big ol’ Universe for even the smallest gift, and you’ll attract more.

Why Goal Setting Is Important
For Solo Entrepreneurs

What guides you to where you are now to where you want to be is a goal. With goal setting, you have a destination or a clarity of where you want to go. I remember the quote or the conversation in the Alice in Wonderland movie or story book between Cheshire cat and Alice:
"Which road do I take?" asked Alice
"Where do you want to go?" responded Cheshire cat
"I don't know," replied Alice
"Then, it doesn't matter," concluded Cheshire cat
From the conversation above, if you just run the business and do activities without a purpose, you are going nowhere. So, you need a business goal. If you are solo entrepreneurs, your business goal may include your personal one as well. You have to be successful in life and in business as part of your goal setting. Here are the reasons why goal setting is important for solo entrepreneurs:
Most goals are measured by SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely) hence it has numbers or monetary values and due time. Yes, SMART goal setting is necessary such as financial goal. You want to know if you achieve your financial goal by measuring in term of monetary values.
There is also a goal that you can't measure, such as a lifestyle, personal or family goal. There is sometimes a connectivity between a lifestyle and financial goal. How will your life change if you achieve your financial goal? What will you do for your family when you meet your goal?
It is easy to set up a six month, one year or two year goal. To create a long-term goal for five years and ten years, you really need to have a vision, a mission and a big dream. It is easy for kids to come out with a big dream. Most adults become perplexed when they're asked for their goal or dream in five or ten years in the future.
Do you need to work alone to achieve your goal? Previously, I thought that this was my goal, and I was responsible for it; I had to work for my goal. Most people fail to reach their goal because they are not held accountable for their goal. The number one reason why people are afraid to set a goal is because they have fear to work hard, and they lack of support. You need someone to follow up with your goal. Most of the successful people, athletes and superstars have their goals achieved because they have a coach by their side. Kids have parents, teachers or adults to follow up with their goals or accomplishments. A coach will assist, encourage and cheer the person as he is working toward his goal.
Goal setting is important for solo entrepreneurs because you can get what you want faster and timely. As you are practicing goal setting often, you will work more efficiently, and you work according to the plan. Your life will turn out to be great and your business will grow as you expect it.

10 Tips for Pinterest Success
What is Pinterest? You guessed it. It is another social networking site that is exploding in popularity. Social networking sites are a dime a dozen but not all of them are worth the time and effort. So, when one comes along that looks promising and alive with potential, we need to get involved.
Pinterest uses a unique idea for the basis of their networking. Your page will be in the format of a push pin bulletin board. You can pin videos, images, photos, etc., to your pinboard and share it with your followers. Pinterest allows you to be creative in your pins and have a lot of fun with it.
If you are unfamiliar with Pinterest, below are ten tips to help you get started on your way to Pinterest success:
1. Connect with Twitter – You want to connect your Pinterest account with your Twitter account email. This will allow you to cross post with your Twitter account. You could connect it with Facebook but you would have to use your personal page account.
2. Complete Profile – Be sure to fill out your profile completely. They will ask if you want to make your profile invisible to the search engines. Be sure to choose “No”. You want the search engines to find you.
3. Follow Popular Users – When you follow someone, most of the time they will follow you back so it is important to get some of the most popular pinners linked to you. This will put your account in front of more people.
4. Neat and Simple – Keep your board, neat, clean and professional. You don’t want it to look like a cluttered mess. Pinterest is visual so you have to make your board appealing to the eye.
5. Relevant Keywords – Be sure to fill your pin descriptions with relevant keywords. Keep your descriptions brief, not long and drawn out but use as many keywords as possible.
6. Use Your Social Accounts – Be sure to put your Pinterest info on your Facebook, Twitter, etc., pages. Take advantage of these sites to guide people to your Pinterest account and stir up more interest.
7. Use Pinterest Buttons – The “Pin-It” button can easily be installed in your browser. Then you can easily pin images and info from other sites to your pinboard. There is also a “Pin-It” button you can use to invite people to pin images from your site to their pinboard. You can also add a “Follow Me on Pinterest” button to your blog and social pages to get more people to your Pinterest board.
8. Share Other People’s Images – You can use your board to share other interesting content with your followers, thus encouraging people to share your content. Try to use images and content that complement your content.
9. Pin More than Your Products – Don’t limit your pinning to pictures of your products. Pin tidbits of helpful information, tips, ideas and more. Stick to your topic of business but offer a wide variety of content. By offering answers and information you will attract more followers to your board.
10. Add Some Fun – Even though you are using your pinboard for business, it doesn’t mean you cannot add some fun and humor. Brighten someone’s day with a cheerful or inspirational quote or some good news. Be creative and make your board fun and interesting but never pin anything offensive or inappropriate.
Pinterest is a little different than the other social sites and is growing at a phenomenal rate. Be sure to hop on over there and see what the buzz is about. Sign up now and get your board up for all to see. It could do wonders for your online and/or offline business!
